Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in a 50% of service total fee. I do have a 5 minute grace period. Anything past that 5 minute mark will also result in appointment being cancelled & 50% of service total fee. No call, no shows will be banned from booking any future appointments with me & will be charged 100% of their service total. I’m super understanding, please just communicate with me so we can work something out! I really do hate having to charge fees but they are for my protection so I hope you understand!
